The Atlanta Shambhala Center is offering an online meditation open house on Sunday Oct 4 which includes an hour of meditation from 10 – 11 AM and a half-hour discussion from 11 – 11:30 AM.
They also offer Sunday morning meditation instruction from 10 – 10:45 AM (followed by the full meditation until 11 AM). Those participating in the meditation instruction please join on Zoom by 9:50 AM.
