The Atlanta Shambhala Center is offering an online meditation open house tomorrow which includes an hour of meditation from 10 – 11 AM and a half-hour facilitated discussion from 11 – 11:30 AM.

They also offer Sunday morning meditation instruction from 10 – 10:45 AM followed by the full meditation until 11 AM. Please join Zoom by 9:50 AM to participate in the meditation instruction.
